Assisted at recorded interviews of two former cosmonauts, working with sound equipment and providing basic logistical help. “Between the Lines” pilot episode, featuring the Dublin Writers’ Festival June 2010 Position: Researcher and Producers Assistant. Role: Researched (largely online) potential principal presenters and programme content for prospective weekly book show, currently under discussion with BBC World Service; assisted at shoots and filmed interviews, including those of Ian McEwan and Antony Beevor; acted as lighting assistant; transcribed interviews; researched and identified possible sponsors for the show. City Broadcasting Ltd. September 2006 & July 2008 Position: Assistant on Carlysle Tv project Role: Worked on a community television project, testing the strength of radio signals and searching for a suitable site for television broadcast station. Later worked as research assistant on radio programme “Comrades in Arts”, submitted to BBC Radio 4. Researched and wrote programme proposal for 30 minute programme discussing the role of Russian Oligarchs in the contemporary art world.
